Zell, I'd check with a local NAPA or auto body shop. There's a few products out there that do what you want, but each to a different degree. You always get what you pay for, so the more you pay the better it'll work.

I'd suggest checking around and even talk to the body shop you gonna take the truck to eventually. They might even give you a suggestion of something to use or not to use. You don't want to dump a ton of money into a quarter that your gonna cut off later anyway.

Yep... It's call plasma cutter... just point it at the rusted area, and shoot... works well with a product called new sheetmetal...

This from a guy who's idea of a restoration is to send it to the crusher!

I would hate for johnny to get a hold my mustang....its just got surface rust on the hood...might end up in the crusher....just like that poor ole bronco...he could have just given it to me I would have given it a good home...
